The project includes 130 apartments in 1 Tower Home Office Type building with 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 apartment models. The construction is currently ongoing and the expected delivery date is 30.12.2024. The project features open views to Bugard Forest, Vadi Isanbul & Ağaoğlu Maslak Project Location. It is in close proximity to Beykent University, Istinye, government hospitals, and Ayazaga Metro Station. The payment method includes 50% down payment and installments up to 24 months with up to 15% discounts on cash payment. The tower will offer separate social services for men and women, an open pool, indoor pool, gym saloon, steam room, Turkish bath, basketball, and football courts.
